About GraceRest
GraceRest provides peaceful Christian audio for rest, prayer, scripture reflection, psalms, worship ambience, and relaxation. The app is intended to support quiet reflection and calm, restful moments.
Not Medical Advice
GraceRest is not medical advice or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you have health, sleep, or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
Safe Use
Please use GraceRest responsibly. Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation where listening to audio, relaxing, or falling asleep could be unsafe. You are responsible for using the app in a safe environment.
Premium Features and Purchases
GraceRest may offer premium features, content, and subscriptions. Once enabled, premium purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by GraceRest. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms of the applicable app store. Please manage your subscription through your Apple or Google account.
Intellectual Property
The audio content, design, text, graphics, and other materials in GraceRest are owned by or licensed to GraceRest and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rip, re-record, or publicly perform the audio or other content without our permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use GraceRest lawfully and only as intended. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or premium access controls, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimers
GraceRest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, and there is no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Audio availability and features may change over time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraceRest and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of GraceRest after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
